摘要
Abstract
Objective The clinical treatment ef ect of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi to be discussed.Methods 200 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital from 2011 September to 2013 September between the cases,which were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy intreatment,the observation group of patients with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy to car y out treatment, comparative analysis of the clinical curative ef ect of two groups of patients the.Results The control group of patients with the success rate of lithotripsy was 69.78%,observationgroup of patients with the success rate of lithotripsy was 93.52%,with significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi in the treatment process,the application of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of biliary tract,has good clinical ef ect,worthy of promotion in clinical application.关键词
