Abstract
Objective Analyze the operation mode of?burn?intensive care unit (ICU) and the methods and ef ects of frontline doctors' training.Methods Retrospectively analyze the operation mode of burn ICU, summarize and analyze the situation and ef ects of training and diagnosing the il ness of frontline doctors from 2011 to 2013.Results Adopted the integrated operation mode of emergency department receiving, resuscitation room treating, burn ICU further processing and emergent surgery. Burn specialists were responsible for the treatment of severe burn, trauma and multiple injuries, and frontline burn specialists got related theoretical and practical training in view of present stage deficiency of emergency treatment, a group of talented burn specialists have been successful y trained, which of er ensurance to a highly ef ective treatment processing and improve the treatment of severe burn, trauma and multiple injuries further.Conclusion The integrated treatment mode wil be conducive to improving the treatment of severe burn patients. Burn surgery specialists can do a competent job on emergency medical treatment rapidly and extensively after reasonable theoretical and practical training.关键词
