摘要
Abstract
Objective To study tartary buckwheat tea on enzymes in kidney tissue of aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods To use animal experimental method of Superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) in male mice after debilitating. Results Activity of SOD in kidney tissue of the aging model mice was signi?cantly lower than that of blank control group and the tartary buckwheat tea middle and high dose groups;content of MDA in kidney tissue of the aging model mice was signi cantly higher than the blank control group and the experimental groups. Conclusion Tartary buckwheat tea had significantly improved the activity of SOD of aging mice induced by D-galactose,decreased the content of MDA significantly.关键词
