Abstract
Objective Dif erent blood purification in acute paraquat poisoning the application results were compared. Methods Randomly selected hospital in September 2012 September 2013 treated 36 cases of acute paraquat poisoning patients, and were divided into two groups of 18 cases, respectively, for the HP group and HP + CRR group to The clinical therapeutic ef ects were compared. Results HP group and HP+CRRT group of patients with clinical y successful treatment were 27.78%, 44.44%, the dif erence was significant, both statistical y significant comparison ( <0.05);After treatment, clinical testing of the indicators, are bet er than before treatment, but the dif erence was not significant, the two do not have statistical significance compared ( > 0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute paraquat poisoning implement HP+CRRT treatment, its clinical ef icacy is more significant, is worth promoting.关键词
