Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristics of drug resistance;Klebsiel a pneumonia, so as to guide the clinical medication. Methods Using disk dif usion method to detect the drug resistance. Results Klebsiel a pneumoniae to beta lactam antibiotic resistance rate reached more than 30%, remain sensitive to carbapenems. Conclusion Multiple drug-resistant K.pneumoniae. Understanding of Klebsiel a pneumoniae insputum specimens in our hospital to guide clinicians in rational drug use.关键词
