Abstract
Objective To summarize the incidence, causes and treatment measures of complications of critical y il ness patients with the reform-type percutaneous tracheostomy. Methods To analyze complications of 536 patients with the reform-type percutaneous tracheostomy from 2007 October to 2013 October. Results In total,there were 31 confirmed bleeding events, 7 of airway obstruction, 3 cases of the catheter misled into the false passage and 1 case of tracheal stenosis. After treated,al the patients were relieved without death or serious erectile dysfunction. Conclusion The reform-type percutaneous tracheostomy can get the same results with PT. With accumulating experiments and more accurate operation of operators, complications can be significantly lower. Therefore, the reform-type percutaneous tracheostomy can be a selection for primary hospitals in tracheotomy.关键词
