摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical ef icacy of fixation of spinal laminectomy treat degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods Orthopedic hospital treated 42 cases of elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,al patients underwent,X-ray contrast observed in patients before and after surgery performance changes,through clinical fol ow-up of patients ef icacy was evaluated. Results Interbody this group of patients has increased,the dif erence was statistical y significant visible ( <0.05),fol ow-up results showed excel ent ef icacy rate was 85.7%.Conclusion Laminectomy clinical ef icacy of spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis is bet er,for the remission of clinical symptoms,improve nerve function has important significance.关键词
