Abstract
Taking the city of Chongqing one of the participating children full-time replacement student teachers in the western area of China as the object of study, the students were surveyed on training courses to achieve their professional idea and ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability development satisfaction. The result shows that the parties ’ understanding of the“kindergarten teachers’ national training”project, the management ability to undertake “national training” and the attitude of the kindergarten’s director are the main factors to influence the satisfaction of preschool teachers national training project.关键词
