摘要

Abstract

Carbide has been widely used in such fields as ceramic,cutting tools,and wear resistance tools because of its outstanding properties high melting temperature,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. And also it shows good performance in catalytic recently. Scientists have developed a method to the preparation carbide at low temperature in the past. This method can be prepared with special nanostructures of carbide,and has quickly been extensively studied by many researchers. In this paper,we introduce the structure and performance of carbide,reviewing several kinds of reparation of carbide at low temperature. The research progresses on the preparation of carbide at home and abroad in recent years are discussed. At the same time,the problems are presented as well as research and development direction of preparation methods.
