学术论文一稿多投问题研究
Discussion on Multiple Contribution of Academic Papers

摘要
Abstract
Academic papers’ multiple contribution means the author contributes the same academic paper to more than one peri-odical at the same time before this paper published. Multiple contribution is different from multiple publication. It is not rational to forbid to contribute multiply for this prohibition has no benefit for neither author nor periodical, but as to multiple publication, this prohibition is necessary. It is good for both author and periodical to build a system for multiple contribution. Copyright Law Article 33 has no essential significance for its exist so it should be repealed at once.关键词
