重庆高校应用型人才“培”“就”问题研究
Study on the Cultivation and Employment of Applied Talents in Chongqing Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
At present, new requinements are proposed in the cultivation of applied talents in the society, which obviously have profound impact on the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities. The colleges and universities have the func-tions of personnel training, science and technology development and etc., among which the personnel training is the main func-tion, for the quality of talents training will directly influence the quality of social and economic development. As a result, taking the colleges and universities as an example, the problems existed in the process of applied talents training and employment were esplored, hoping to cultivate a first-class applied talents of basic research ability and application type.关键词
