Abstract
Canada implements the administration system of decentralization and leads the community college through the federal government , provincial institution , and intermediary organization .As to the internal manage-ment system , Canadian community college is managed by principal , board of governors and college committee dem-ocratically.To strengthen the control and the instruction to education by the central authority and continue to ad-vance the management of internal decentralization , will be the trend of administration and management system of Canadian community college in the future .关键词
