对后扩招时代地方院校教师人事代理制度的探讨
Discussion on the Personnel Agency System of Local University Teachers in the Post Age of Increasing Enrollment
摘要
Abstract
The coming of post age of increasing enrollment in higher education leads to the dilemma after the more than ten years personnel agency system of university teachers such as construction system falling behind the work regulation , increasing management cost , narrow development space of the personnel , poor professional stabili-ty of personnel, and so on.Through the sorting and analysis of the basic characteristics of university teachers en-rollment in the developed countries , the successful experiences should be borrowed , the following countermeasures are put forward , persistent whole crew enrollment , attempting classified enrollment , respecting higher education law, actively promoting in parts, strengthening occupation management , strictly evaluation, enriching connotation of system, speeding the security construction , attention to the human value , carrying out the rule of talents to em-power the university , continuously improving the personnel agency system of local university teachers in the post in -creasing enrollment age .关键词
