Abstract
The status of teacher -student relationship and its relationship with classroom silence of college students were explored .450 college students completed the Teacher -student Relationships Questionnaire and self-made Classroom Silence Questionnaire .The results show that:(1) Generally speaking , the teacher-student re-lationships of female college students were better than male , and the development of female college students ’ teach-er-student relationships were relatively stable , the development of male college students ’ teacher-student rela-tionships, however, were relatively fluctuate;(2) For the dimensions of intimacy and satisfaction , the interaction effect between gender and grade were significant;for the dimension of support , the differences among four grades were significant;for the dimension of conflicting , the differences between male and female were significant;and the third grade male students is a matter of particular concern in this regard;(3) the negative dimension of teacher -student relationships were related to classroom silence positively , and the positive dimension of teacher -student re-lationships were negative related to classroom silence .关键词
