现行研究生奖学金制度改革的动因、特征、问题及对策
Motivation, Characteristics, Problems and Countermeasures of China’ s Current Graduate Scholarship System Reform
摘要
Abstract
The scholarship system reform is the important content of postgraduates ’ cultivation mechanism re-form in China .It is an important measure to ease the pressure on the graduate school funding and to promote social justice and improve the quality of education .This reform enhanced the graduate students ’ research motivation , but there are also many problems , such as unfair evaluation procedure causing students'psychological pressure and straining the relationship among students .In order to promote scholarship system , we should strengthen the system construction and the management work of scholarship; standardize assessment procedures , and constantly improve the evaluation index system; establish a supervision mechanism , enhance the transparency and fairness of the scholarship .关键词
