Abstract
Academia is the essential attribute of university. From the organizational form the university is the academic organization based on disciplines. To achieve management innovation,the laws of academic organizations management should be followed,and the professor scholarship,democratic management should be implemented;the atmosphere of academic freedom should be created,and academic standards and the quality of personnel train-ing should be promoted.关键词
