摘要
Abstract
Teachers’benefits is an important part of teachers’rights at universities’statutes,which should be concluded in the universities statues. The guarantee of teachers’benefits reflects the maintenance of academic free-dom and the recognizing of academic value. By studying ten universities’statutes concerned,it indicates three is-sues,the issue of personnel,welfare and policy,which reflect the universities’characteristics. The provisions of teachers’benefits in the China’s universities’statues should include the employment regulations,material benefits and certain humanistic values. In addition,regulations should reflect the universities’characteristics.关键词
