摘要
Abstract
The graduate training of internactional high - level univerisities has their own characteristics,but in general,there are many common points,such as the strict quality selection and elimination system to protect the lea-ring motivation of students;Effective guidance from the tutors and tutor group who is responsible and paying atten-tion to the academic exchange and high level demand of graduate paper;Strict academic attitude and good academic moral of the tutors helpful to the cultivation of excellent academic attitude quality of students. The most important is that there is no fixed training model in the whole training process,and better universities will weaken the boundary of different fields and training mode. The teaching is based on the reality,providing full condtions for the students’ individual interest development. All these measures provide enlightenment for the reform of graduate training system in china.关键词
