Discussion on the Demand Management of University Based on Talents Innovation
摘要
Abstract
The demand management is a new position in the competition,and its formation and promotion con-tribute to cultivate the competitive advantage of the university. Demand management can not only make the adapta-bility evaluation and adjustment on the existing structure of the direction of professional guidance,drive the devel-opment of new professional talent,the ability of product structure optimization,but also provide high adaptability of innovative talents in colleges. The university should make adaptive changes in establishing social demand oriented talents training concept,expanding personnel products target customers,creating the platform to promote demand dialogue,etc.关键词
