耶鲁大学校友会的组织及运作研究
Study on the Structure and Operation of the Alumni Association of Yale University
摘要
Abstract
With the history of more than 200 years development,while performing its functions,following the idea of service,constantly meeting the requirement of alumnus and mother university,the alumni association of Yale University forms an organization structure and operating mechanism with Yale characteristic in which alumni congress is the supreme decision - making body and the board of directors of alumnus and committees at all levels are responsible for the concrete implement,showing its own characteristics in the policy making,organizational structure,organization management,and organization construction. On the operation mechanism,the alumni asso-ciation of Yale University forms proper motive mechanism,harmonious integrating mechanism,flexible encouraging mechanism,unified controlling mechanism and healthy guarantee mechanism.关键词
