摘要

Abstract

The theoretical bases of education governance modernization are Marxism human theory,synergy e-volution principal and group dynamics theory,as well as education ecological theory. Education governance mod-ernization means to prompt healthy development of education and cultivate innovative talents needed by the nation and society through“liberation of human nature”and“improvement of productivity”. Meanwhile,the combination of scientific,democratic and educational and systematic education governance is not only an effective means for ed-ucation governance modernization,but also reflecting the natural connotation and fundamental characteristics of ed-ucation governance modernization.
