中美“留学中国计划”与“十万强计划”的比较分析

摘要
Abstract
In less than one yearˊs time,the United States and China have been put forward 100,000 Strong Ini-tiative and Study in China Project one after another and they are the concentrated reflection of the two countries’ study abroad policy. There are great differences between them. The 100,000 Strong Initiative which aims to send students abroad is managed by American social organization,while Study in China Project is set by Chinese govern_ment to accept foreign students. The reasons of great difference between them are the different present situation a_bout studying abroad,the economic development level,the development goals and the government roles.关键词
