摘要
Abstract
The rapid changes of the society led to the new education policies in Europe. The Lisbon Strategy put forward the goal of education system of European Union to achieve in the future,aiming to build European U-nion into the most competitive and diversified knowledge base economy,in which the higher education played an in-creasing important role in it. Based on the analysis of relevant Europe policy documents during the period of last ten years,it was found that the state,the market and the civilian society all have new eXpectation on the universities, and the technology,economy and politics have more and more impacts on the labor market and universities. In the era of globalization,the universities should establish the international internet in order to promote the international cooperation,eXchange and competition.关键词
