协同视域下高校与产业集群协同创新的机制分析
Analysis on the Collaborative Innovation Mechanism between Universities and Industry Clusters from the Perspective of Synergy Theory
摘要
Abstract
The collaborative innovation between universities and industry clusters is an important method to promote higher education quality and boost industrial competitiveness. From the perspective of synergy theory,uni-versities and industry clusters is realized“success”through the voluntary collaboration,so effective synergy need be supported by some mechanism. Nowadays there are some problems influencing the synergistic effect of collabora-tion innovation between universities and industry clusters,lacking of motive power mechanism,talent supply mech-anism,policy and law guarantee mechanism,interest allocation mechanism and government effective supervision mechanism. To strengthen effective synergy innovation,the effective mechanism constructor should be constructed which include policy guide and law guarantee mechanism,risk investment,interest distribute mechanism,informa-tion communication mechanism and evaluation mechanism.关键词
