摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of single - dose hydromorphone for postoperative epidural anal-gesia after cesarean section. Methods 120 patients who required analgesia postoperative after cesarean section were randomly divided into hydromorphone group and morphine group with 60 patients in each group. Analgesic effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale 4 h,6 h,8 h and 12 h after operation between the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05). There was significant difference in adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 01). Nausea,emesis,pruritus and cognitive dysfunction occurred in morphine group. Con-clusion Hydromorphone is effective for postoperative epidural analgesia after cesarean section with few adverse reac-tions and high safety.关键词
