罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在分娩镇痛中的应用
Effects of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Labor Analgesia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in labor analgesia. Methods 368 cases of full-term primipara with ASAⅠ~Ⅱ were divided into observation group and control group with 184 cases in each group. Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil were used in observation group with ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in control group. Analgesic effects,labor progress and vital signs were observed in both groups. Results ①Analgesic effects in 5 min and 10 min in observation group were better than those in control group( P<0. 05);②There were no significant difference in labor progress,vital signs,cesarean section rate,apgar score and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion Analgesic effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in labor analgesia are good with little bad effects to the puerpera and neonate,which is worthy of clini-cal promotion.关键词
