Expression Differences of Lin28 in Young and Adult Rats Osteoblasts
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect gene expression of Lin28 in young and adult rats in order to provide new ideas and treatments for research and clinical treatment of osteoarticular diseases. Methods Calvaria cultures of newborn SD rats were taken,and osteoblasts were isolated,cultured,purified and identified. mRNA expression of Lin28 in young and adult rats osteoblasts was detected by real - time PCR. Results 93% was osteoblasts after isolation,cul-ture and purification identified of osteoblast. Lin28 gene was expressed in young rats osteoblasts and MC3T3. Howev-er,the expression in young rats osteoblasts was significantly higher than that in MC3T3(p < 0. 01). Conclusion Lin28 gene may play an important role in grow up bone growth and development,bone healing and osteoarticular disea-ses. However,the specific mechanism still needs further study.关键词
