Abstract
Objective To explore nursing methods to patients with in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer(IVF -ET)in natural cycle. Methods Individual psychological guidance and care methods in different periods were used to patients with IVF - ET. The influences of nursing methods on pregnancy outcome were observed. Results 414 pa-tients and 522 natural cycles were included. The average number of obtained follicles was(0. 92 ± 0. 33). The rate of fertilization was 76. 9% . The cycle cancellation rate was 51. 7% . The clinical pregnancy rate was 23. 1% . Conclusion The standard nursing method is an important guarantee of smooth completion and increasing pregnancy rate in pa-tients with IVF - ET in natural cycle.关键词
