摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare effects and feasibility of ultrasound - guided puncture and blind puncture of stellate ganglion block(SGB)in paln clinic. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into ultrasound group and blind group for SGB. Number of Hornerˊs syndrome,time of various adverse reactions and discomforts,and effective number of primary disease were recorded. Results Incidence of Hornerˊs syndrome and effective rate of primary dis-ease were higher in ultrasound group than those in blind group;Incidence of related adverse reaction and discomforts were significantly lower than those in blind group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Success rate of ultrasound - guided SGB is high with low incidence of adverse reactions in paln clinic,which is better for the treatment of primary disease and feasible for clinical application.关键词
