摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate relative factors of LVEF and LVEDD returned to normal in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy after standard anti - heart failure therapy. Methods 196 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy after standard anti - heart failure therapy from June 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital were followed from 6 months to 1 year. LVEF and LVEDD were measured by echocardiography to observe incidence of LVEF and LVEDD returned to normal. Logistic regression was used to analyze the predictive factors. Results LVEF in 54 patients(27. 6% )re-turned to normal,LVEDD in 42 patients(21. 4% )returned to normal,both of which returned to normal in 34 patients (17. 9% ). LVEF in patients with both returned to normal increased from(31. 68 ± 6. 29)% to(57. 48 ± 5. 18)%(P < 0. 05),with LVEDD decreased from(62. 80 ± 4. 41)mm to(50. 29 ± 3. 78)mm(P < 0. 05). Small baseline of LVEDD,high baseline of LVEF,high systolic blood pressure on admission,short medical history were independent fac-tors of LVEF and LVEDD patients recovered to normal according to logistic regression. Conclusion LVEF and LVEDD in some patients with dilated cardiomyopathy returned to normal after standard anti - heart failure therapy,in which patients with small baseline of LVEDD,high baseline of LVEF,high systolic blood pressure on admission and short medical history can recover with high possibility.关键词
