普瑞巴林治疗枕神经痛临床疗效观察
Efficacy of Pregabalin on Occipital Neuralgia

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pregabalin in the treatment of occipital neuralgia. Methods 100 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 50)and control group (n = 50). All the patients received blood - activating and stasis - transforming medicine,vitamin B and mecobal-amine. Patients in the treatment group additionally received pregabalin 75 ~ 150 mg/ d,bid. The control group received gabapentin 300 ~ 900 mg/ d,tid. The Visual Analague Scale( VAS)measured by patients,behavioral rating scale (BRS)score measured by doctors,sleep quality scale score and clinical efficacy score were recorded before and 1,2, 4 weeks after treatment. Results The VAS and BRS scores of both groups in each times were lower than before treat-ment(P < 0. 05),and the sleep quality scale scores were increased(P < 0. 05). The VAS and BRS scores of the pre-gabalin group were lower than control group(P < 0. 05),while the sleep quality scale scores were higher(P < 0. 05). The clinical efficacy was 88. 0% in the treatment group,and 74. 0% in the control group(P < 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion Pregabalin can improve pain symptoms of patients with occipital neuralgia with high safety and less adverse reactions.关键词
