摘要

Abstract

This study aimed to optimize the traditional farming model ( direct fertilization for natural live organism cultivation ) of Sinonovacula constricta, and a Sinonovacula constricta farming system was established, which applied specific ponds for natural live organisms cultivation. The results showed that after 5 months farming, the average yield of this farming system was 3 226.8kg/ha, which increased by 37.37% and 34.20% higher than that of the two control groups ( traditional farming models) . The average market size was 16.13 g per individual and very uniform, and the growth rate was faster than the two control groups by 32.3%and 38.7%, respectively. The survival rate was 66.7%, with no significant difference with the control groups. The unit economic benefit of the system was RMB 54 800/ha, which accounted for 270.26% and 226.73% of the two control groups. In conclusion, compared to the traditional farming system of Sinonovacula constricta, the optimized faming system with independent feed supply and water storage ponds possesses the advantages of more sufficient supply of natural live organisms, fast growth rate and high economic benefit. And this system can at least reduce over 1 month of the production cycle, and the damages to Sinonovacula constricta in high temperature period can be avoided.
