Weifang Community Elderly Cancer Incidence Survey
摘要
Abstract
Objective The characteristics of elderly inpatients with cancer in WeiFang community in the recentyears were investigated in order to provide information for the cancer prevention and cure in the elderlyof this city.Methods The data collected from 436 cases of elderly inpatients with cancer wereclassified and sorted according to ICD-10,then the statistical description and analysis about them werecarried out.Results In past five years,the number of elderly inpatients with cancer in WeiFang community increasedprogressively. Among all cancer cases reported in the elderly,the male proportionwas obviously higher than the female ones,in proportion and the population was the highest in the age65-75group;in the spectrum of cancer,Lung cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer,liver cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancerthe first seven.Conclusion The development trend of gerontic patients with cancer in WeiFang communityshouldn’t be ignored, and the lung cancer becomes the maincancer which threatens the gerontic patients of this city, so it is extremely important to develop cancerprevention and,cure for the elderly actively.关键词
