Abstract
Objective To investigate the common causes of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,to improve its diagnosis and treatment level,to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate,disability rateand death rate.Methods The selection in our hospital from 2011February -2013 year in March admitted 195 cases ofhyperbilirubinemia of newborn,on a variety of common causes were analyzed retrospectively. Results neonatal hyperbilirubinemiacaused by many reasons,the main reason is:the common infection in 52 cases (26.7%),perinatal factors in 44 cases (22.6%),ABO hemolytic disease in 33 cases (16.9%),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6-PD) deficiency in 23 cases (11.8%),20 cases of thalassemia (10.3%),breast milk jaundice in 18 cases (9.2%),5 cases with unknown causes (2.6%).Conclusion The causes of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and complex,should strengthen the etiological diagnosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,early prevention,early diagnosis,early treatment,as far as possible,reduce the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.关键词
