摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 286 cases in our hospital from 2011 January to 2014 January in our hospital in patients with essential hypertension.Results 140 cases in observation group were treated by valsartan combined Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure decreased,compared with the control group, after treatment of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 96.4%,significantly higher than that in the control group,by comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension is exact,it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
