Clinical study of nickel-titaulmn shape memory alloy embracing fixator in flail chest patients with multiple injuries
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of shape memory alloy embracing fixator for clinical effect of multiple rib fracture fixation for the treatment of flail chest and the therapeutic effects of severe thoracic trauma.Methods The study included 29 cases of flail chest merge between December 2010 February 2014 patients with multiple trauma,with memory alloy embracing fixator for multiple rib fracture fixation,to analyze the treatment and effect.Results In this group of patients 28 cases were successfully cured,one case died because of severe injury.Conclusion The application of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of flail chest,can quickly recover the chest shape and stability,relieve pain,help fracture healing,effect.关键词
