摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore a wide range of care measures laparoscopic hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in the perioperative period.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in patients with clinical data,summarized perioperative nursing experience.Results 32 patients recovered well and was discharged.One case of postoperative patients with calf calf deep vein thrombosis,two cases of patients with urinary retention,precise treatment and care after all cured.The average hospital stay was 19.2 days.Conclusion High-quality perioperative patient care to promote early rehabilitation,surgery to alleviate pain,shorter hospital stays,reduced postoperative complications and reduce hospital costs.关键词
