Abstract
Objective To explore and study of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of mild nerve in patients with clinical efficacy with cognitive impairment. Methods 100 cases were selected as mild neurasthenia with cognitive disorder in patients with January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission number, 50 patients in control group received amitriptyline treatment, the observation group of 50 cases in the control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride Qi treatment, two groups of patients treated for 12 weeks, before and after treatment with CGI, MMSE and HAMD scale was evaluated and compared. Results The two groups of patients with CGI before treatment and MMSE score were significantly improved, but the improvement in observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);HAMD scale scores were observed after therapy group in terms of cognitive impairment, retardation factor and improvement in sleep disturbance was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of neurasthenia patients with cognitive impairment significantly, compared with the simple use of amitriptyline in the treatment of more patients can be improved memory, attention and sleep status, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
