Abstract
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril on urine protein in the patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 78 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients who treated in our hospital between June 2011 to June 2013 were collected,and divided into observation group and control group.The patients in both two groups were treated with benazepril treatment,and the patients in the observation group received alprostadil injection based on it,then comparatively observed the treatment effect between two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group (92.3%) was higher than that of the control gorup (79.4%), and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).After treatment for 2 months,the urine protein content and urinary albumin excretion rate of the observation group at 24 hours were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions The alprostadil combined with benazepril has significant effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients when compared with the single application of benazepril,it can effectively decrease the urine protein content and control urinary albumin excretion rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
