Abstract
Objective Analysis of risk factors and preventive measures of early dislocation in total hip arthroplasty.Methods From 309 cases of total hip replacement patients in our hospital are analyzed and take appropriate treatment measures according to the radiological measurement and early dislocation of the hip joint dislocation situation. Early dislocation were treated with manual reduction and external fixation under anesthesia.the reset difficultiesis are required reoperation or revision. Through the half year follow-up,to confirm whether the patient had hip dislocation.Results There were 29 cases of dislocation of hip joint after operation in 309 patients.The reason of dislocation are the improper body position、femoral head prosthesis size、the acetabular component orientation、operation approach、adductor contracture.Conclusion Factors may cause the occurrence of early dislocation after total hip arthroplasty.Early dislocation phenomenon is stopped by the correct posture,improve the technical level,education and guidance to patients.关键词
