摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with hydrogen peroxide to carry out the washing uterine cavity for the treatment of patients with puerperal infection.Methods From 2012 February to 2014 January in our hospital of Obstetrics and gynecology were puerperal infection in 78 patients, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 39 cases,control group patients with obstetric routine anti infection therapy,combined therapy group increased in patients with metronidazole and hydrogen peroxide flushing of the uterine cavity,the clinical manifestation of two groups were compared and carry out discussion and analysis.Results The treatment group parturient symptom duration for (5.4+0.4) d,the heating duration of (4.1+0.6) d, the time of hospitalization for (7+1.1)d, were significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the development of metronidazole combined with hydrogen peroxide flushing uterine infection in patients with puerperal treatments can act directly on the site of infection, kill bacteria rapidly relieve clinical symptoms,has good application effect.关键词
