摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the extended care and the traditional nursing,compare them on complications and satisfaction in rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy. Methods 160 cases of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy were randomly divided into the extended care group and the traditional nursing group, the differences in complications and satisfaction were studied between the two groups during six months of follow-up. Results Lower complications and higher satisfaction were observed in the extended care group,compared with those in traditional nursing group. Conclusion The extended care has more advantages than the traditional nursing in reducing colostomy complications and improving patient satisfaction, can improve the quality of life of the patients.关键词
