Influence of Electrode Thickness on Rate Capability of MRPC
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of accelerator luminosity ,high rate capabilities of M RPCs are urgent to construct TOF system . The DC model and a two-dimensional resistor network model can be used to study the relationship between MRPC rate capability and electrode thickness . T he rate capability of M RPC related to different thicknesses of glass electrodes was studied ,which confirms that the rate capability is strongly depend-ent on the thickness of glass .By decreasing the thickness of glass electrode ,the rate capability of M RPC can be improved .关键词
