Abstract
Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear energy and nuclear technology ,nuclear accident emergency response is the last line of nuclear security defense ,and is one of the important measures to ensure the healthy development of the nuclear energy safety .T he establishment of complete function ,sensitive reaction and efficient emergency manage‐ment system for operation of nuclear and radiation accidents is an important task of nuclear security .From 2001 China Techenergy Co .,Ltd .participated in the Qinshan , Tianwan ,Ministry of Environmental Protection ,Haiyang ,Taishan ,Fangchenggang , Sanmen ,etc .nuclear emergency projects ,and the nuclear emergency EmInfoSys (emer‐gency management information system) platform was developed with independent intel‐lectual property rights .A brief introduction about EmInfoSys system was performed in this paper .关键词
