摘要

Abstract

On the condition of electric-LO phonon strong coupling in an infinte quantum well with bound ener-gy , we obtain the eigenenergy and the eigenfuctions of the ground state and the first excited state by using varia-tional method of Peakar type, This system in a quantum well may be employed as a system-qubit.When the elec-tron is in the superposition state of the ground state and the first excited state, we obtained the time evoiution of the electron density.This shown that the period of oscillation decreases with the strength of coupling increasing, but increases with the frequency of vibration.
