摘要
Abstract
[Absract] Objective To study the performance of sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction (SAFIRE) in head and neck CT angiograph (CTA). Methods:Ninety subjects undergone CT angiography scan of head and neck were prospective-ly randomly divided into two groups: 46 subjects for full-dose group (FD, 130 kV/140 mAs; CTDIvol=15.39 mGy) and 44 subjects for half-dose group (HD, 110 kV/104 mAs;CTDIvol=7.7 mGy). The data of FD group were reconstructed by fil-tered back projection (FBP), and the data of HD group were reconstructed both by FBP and SAFIRE with strength one to three (SAFIRE 1-3). The CT value, noise, signal to noise ratios (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of aortic arch, carotid artery bifurcation, basilar artery and middle cerebral artery were measured for both groups. Results:For HD group, SAFIRE 3 significantly decreased image noise and increased SNR and CNR when compared with FBP( P<0.05). Compared with FBP and SAFIRE 1-2, SAFIRE 3 had the lowest image noise in HD group. SAFIRE 3 significantly decreased image noise and increased SNR and CNR in HD group when compared with FBP in FD group (P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with FBP, SAFIRE with low dose could significantly improve image quality for head and neck CTA.关键词
