老年男性原发性高血压患者体内维生素D与骨代谢指标的水平及相关性分析
Study on relationship between vitamin D and bone metabolic markers in elder men with primary hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the association between serum levels of vitamin D and primary hypertension. Methods: One hundred and forty-three elderly patients with primary hypertension admitted in Ruijin Hospital during September 2010 to September 2013 were enrolled, and diseases such as diabetes, coronary disease, cancer were excluded. One hundred and thirty-nine healthy elderly men were served as controls. Body mass index (BMI), 25-hydroxy vitaminD [25-(OH)D], parathyroid hormone (PTH), serum calcium (Ca), serum phosphorus (P), procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide(P1NP), β-crosslaps of C-telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (β-CTX) were measured in all the subjects. The levels of 25-(OH)D and its relationship with bone metabolic markersin the two groups were analyzed. Results: The mean level of 25-(OH)D in primary hypertension group was (36.83±13.84) nmol/L, which was lower than that in control group (46.37± 22.92) nmol/L (P<0.05). If vitamin D deficiency was defined as vitamin D ≤50 nmol/L, the rate of vitamin D deficiency in the two groups was different; 111 patients of primary hypertension group had vitaminD deficiency, whereas 89 had vitaminD deficiency in control group.Significant differences in BMI and PTH were observed between the two groups ( P<0.05). Serum 25-(OH)D level had negative correlation with PTH and P1NP and had positive correlation with serum calcium. Conclusions: Vitamin D deficiency is highly prevalent among aged men with primary hypertension. Serum 25-(OH)D level has negative correlation with PTH and P1NP and positive correlation with serum calcium.关键词
