冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者冠状动脉旁路移植术后心肌缺血的心磁图评价
Myocardial ischemia assessment by magnetocardiography in coronary artery disease patients after coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract
Objective: To study the changes of magnetocardiography (MCG) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: MCG mapping was performed in 34 CAD patients shortly there-after and 24 months after coronary artery bypass grafting by MCG-7 (MaGIC, Magscan GmbH) installed in an unshielded environment. Several parameters of MCG including ACTM (average classification of total maps), RAM (ratio of abnormal maps), R-max/T-max (ratio of the maximum magnetic value between R and T wave) were measured for detail analysis. Results:For patients just after bypass surgery , the MCG parameters ACTM, RAM (%) and R-max/T-max ratio were 3.41± 0.58, 73.94 ±28.15 and 6.60 ±2.42, respectively. After 24 months of follow-up , the parameters of MCG improved signifi-cantly (P<0.01); ACTM, RAM (%) and R-max/T-max ratio were 2.42 ±0.32, 54.79 ±22.83 and 5.65 ±2.12, respectively. Conclusions: As a new and noninvasive modality for detection of myocardial ischemia, MCG is a useful tool for long-term follow-up of coronary artery bypass grafting.关键词
