Design of Information Services and Management Platform for Meteorological Standardization
摘要
Abstract
The information services and management platform for Meteorological Standardization was designed to tackle the problems existing in the standardization, scientiifcation and intensiifcation of meteorological standardization. The paper introduces the constructive ideas of the platform from three aspects:the overall design, database design and the software system design. The standardization needs within the meteorological circles and outside the circles, the needs from the scientiifc research on meteorological service and its training, as well as the needs from the management of various types of organizations of meteorological standardization will be effectively fuliflled with the establishment of the information service and management platform for meteorological standardization.关键词
