摘要
Abstract
Based on the compare of development trend and present situation of ESD protection standards at home and abroad, this paper tries to put forward suggestion for China's standardization system construction for ESD protection combining with China's ESD protection requirements and characteristics. It takes management standards and technical standards as the main divisions, and centers around the control program, project management standards, basic standards, environment protection standards, personnel protection standards, and key points of ESD test standards for standards topology, in order to provide reference for China's ESD protection and standardization.关键词
